Spirit Real Estate Company is a closed shareholding company where it was established in December 16, 2006 with a paid up capital of KD 46 million, The company was established as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to build and operate a sports complex, a global mixed-use under the title compound Kuwait International Tennis "project" in cooperation with the Kuwaiti Tennis, which is the organizer of the tennis is a registered member of the International Tennis Federation and the Asian Tennis Federation.
